20-Hour IL State Program
The official, IDFPR-registered path to your Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) — the first credential every Illinois PI needs.

A note on the 20-Hour Illinois State Program
Tuition is $395 — payable as a $100 non-refundable deposit and two installments of $197.50. A separate state fee (approximately $110) covers fingerprinting and PERC card registration through the IDFPR. Completion registers you for your Permanent Employee Registration Card, the first credential required to work for a licensed Illinois agency.
